The Business Centre on the ground floor includes joint spaces, such as a common entrance, a company restaurant and several meeting rooms. These spaces are exclusive to use by all tenants of Trencadis.

Visibility & Billboards

On both sides of the building are LED screens of 6 x 3 m present and used for advertising. The expressions of all existing tenants in the building are presented alternately.
